butchery master classes

Inspired by one of the most Traditional Artisan Krafts, our Butchery Master Classes are great opportunity to learn skills and train in the basics of this old fashioned art.

Hosted in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, our classes are an excellent experience and are the perfect gift or a fantastic night out with friends or colleagues.

Our Master Butchers will give you step by step instructions, as well as work with you one on one, as you prepare a variety of the finest quality classic cuts.

All meat prepared is for you to take home, along with great cooking advice, recipes and biodynamic, organic bottle of wine to match all the cuts provided during the evening. For bookings, accurate availability please use our booking calendar.
